Kingdom Hub exists to serve the Great Commission: every hour it saves a ministry is an hour returned to people. Behind it is Daniel and Katie Ziedins' evangelism work in Hamilton, carried out in partnership with e3 Canada, and the national prayer call God Heal Our Land. You can stand with that work by praying, by partnering monthly through Daniel and Katie's e3 Canada page, and by inviting them to equip your church.

Every tool we build has one end in view. Not more software. Not a bigger platform. More people in heaven.
That might sound like a strange thing for a software project to say out loud. But if you are going to give your life to something, you should be able to say plainly what it is for. So here it is: Kingdom Hub exists because the Great Commission is still unfinished, and the people carrying it are buried under admin.
This post is the story behind the work — where it started, the prayer that drives it, and the people on the front line it serves. And at the end, it is an open invitation to stand with them.
The phrase that won't let us go
Plunder hell and populate heaven. The words are most associated with the late evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, who spent his life preaching the gospel to vast crowds. They are blunt on purpose. They refuse to let evangelism become a hobby, a programme or a line in a mission statement.
But the phrase isn't really his. It's a summary of something Scripture says again and again. Jesus did not describe His church as a fortress hiding from the enemy. He described it as a force the enemy's gates cannot hold back:
Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Gates don't attack. Gates defend. The picture is of a church on the move, and of captives walking out. That is exactly how Paul describes what happened to every believer:
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.
So let's be clear about what "plunder" means here. It is not about defeating people. People are never the enemy. It is rescue — the same rescue Jude describes when he tells us to save others "with fear, pulling them out of the fire" (Jude 1:23). Every person who comes to Jesus is a life taken back. That is the plunder.
Why a software company talks about heaven and hell
Here is the honest reason Kingdom Hub exists. We kept meeting pastors, outreach leaders and Kingdom entrepreneurs who were called to people but spent their weeks managing tools: a spreadsheet for follow-up, a separate app for email, another for events, another for volunteers, a group chat for everything else. Each one costs a little money, a little time and a little attention. Together they cost a lot.
Software is not the mission. It never will be. But bad systems quietly steal the hours that should go to people — the follow-up call that never got made, the new believer nobody checked on, the volunteer who drifted because nobody noticed. Every hour a ministry gets back from admin is an hour it can give to someone God has put in its path.
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.
That's why we build. And it's why the tools come out of real outreach rather than a boardroom. Kingdom Base, for example, is a free evangelism CRM built for the streets — so that the people you meet on outreach don't disappear the moment the conversation ends.
Where it started: a street in Hamilton
The story behind all of this belongs to Daniel and Katie Ziedins. In 2014 they didn't launch a ministry. In their own words, they "just started showing up" — walking downtown Hamilton with coffee and one simple question: "Can we pray with you for anything?"
That walk became Love on Hamilton. Over the years it has grown into more than twenty weekly outreach teams of ordinary believers who go out without needing Daniel and Katie there. It carried the same heart into more cities through Love on The World, into Overflow — a Sunday evening service launched in 2022 — and into the Jesus Festival, a free citywide gathering to worship and hear about Jesus.
None of that was engineered. The lesson they keep coming back to is simple: faithfulness beats strategy. The fruit came in the seasons they kept showing up when it was cold, inconvenient and nobody was watching. You can read the whole story in Twelve Years on the Streets on their ministry site.
Equipping the saints: why e3 Canada
Daniel and Katie serve in partnership with e3 Canada, whose mission includes equipping believers to evangelize and establish multiplying churches. That word multiplying is the whole point.
A ministry built on one gifted couple has a ceiling. A ministry that trains ordinary believers to share their faith — who then train others — has no ceiling at all. It is the pattern Paul handed to Timothy:
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
Four generations in one verse: Paul, Timothy, faithful men, others also. That is how a city is reached. Not by a stage, but by a church where sharing Jesus has become normal — which is exactly what Daniel and Katie help churches build.
"If my people…": God Heal Our Land
There is something that has to come before the harvest, and it is prayer. Not as a formality at the start of a meeting, but as the engine of the whole thing. That conviction is why Daniel founded God Heal Our Land — a national call to prayer, repentance and revival for Canada, built on one of the most prayed verses in Scripture:
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Look at who the verse is addressed to. Not the nation's leaders. Not the people who don't know God. My people. Healing for a land begins with the church on its knees — humbling itself, praying, seeking His face and turning from its own sin. The promise is staggering: He will hear, He will forgive, and He will heal.
And when the church prays like that, Scripture shows what happens next:
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
Prayer leads to boldness. Boldness leads to the gospel being spoken. That is the line that runs from a prayer meeting to a street in Hamilton.
Prayer and the harvest belong together
If you want one verse that ties all of this together — God Heal Our Land, e3 Canada, the outreach teams, even the software — it is this one. Jesus looks at the crowds, sees them as sheep without a shepherd, and gives His disciples an instruction that is easy to miss:
The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
The harvest is not the problem. It is plentiful. The shortage is labourers. And Jesus' answer to the shortage is first of all prayer — and then, in the very next chapter, He sends the people who prayed. Pray, then go. Pray, then send. Prayer for the nation and equipping believers to reach it are not two causes. They are one obedience.
- Pray — God Heal Our Land calls the church to pray for Canada.
- Equip — e3 Canada trains believers to share their faith and multiply.
- Go — outreach teams take the gospel into the streets every week.
- Serve the senders — tools like Kingdom Hub give that time back.
What partnership actually means
Paul never pretended he did his work alone. He wrote to the church at Philippi with open gratitude:
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now.
Fellowship in the gospel — partnership. The Philippians didn't preach in Thessalonica or write the letters, but they shared in the work because they sent and supported the man who did. Scripture treats the sender as part of the mission:
How shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Here is the invitation. If something in you stirs when you read about the gates of hell giving way, about Canada healed, about a church where sharing Jesus is normal — there is a real way to be part of it. Every story Daniel and Katie tell of a life changed came through a body of people praying, giving and showing up. Not one of them was a solo effort.
- Pray. Genuinely the most valuable thing anyone gives. Pray for Daniel and Katie, for the outreach teams, and for Canada — join the call at God Heal Our Land.
- Partner monthly. Monthly partners are what let a ministry plan ahead and go further. You can partner with Daniel and Katie through e3 Canada. Giving happens securely on e3's own site.
- Bring it to your church. Invite Daniel and Katie to equip your church for evangelism so sharing Jesus becomes ordinary for your people.
- Stay close. Follow the story and get ministry updates at KD-Ziedins.com.
- Pass it on. Share this post with one person who would want to stand with this work.
Where Kingdom Hub fits
Kingdom Hub is one small part of this picture, and we want to be honest about its place. It is a command centre for churches, ministries and Kingdom entrepreneurs — one dashboard for your people, communication, events and work — so that the hours you have go to the people you are called to. It is still being built, and founding members on the waitlist help shape what comes first.
But the tools are only ever servants. The point is the harvest.
One day the work will be finished. John saw it:
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb.
A multitude no one could count. That is what populating heaven looks like. Until that day, we pray, we equip, we go, and we send — so that "the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea" (Habakkuk 2:14).
All for God's glory. In Jesus' name.
Frequently asked questions
It is a phrase most associated with the late evangelist Reinhard Bonnke. It describes the purpose of evangelism: people rescued from darkness and brought into the Kingdom of God, as Colossians 1:13 puts it. It is about rescue, not conquest of people.
