These terms cover your use of the kingdom-hub.com website and the Kingdom Hub waitlist. Kingdom Hub is operated by Daniel Ziedins as part of the Thy Kingdom Network. By using the site you agree to what follows.

What this site currently is

kingdom-hub.com is a pre-launch information site. Kingdom Hub as a platform is still being built. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract to supply software or a guarantee of any particular launch date.

Forward-looking statements

The site describes features, apps and a roadmap that are planned. Plans change as software gets built. We aim to describe our intentions honestly and to mark clearly what is live today versus what is still in build — but you should not make a business decision on the assumption that a specific unreleased feature will arrive on a specific date, or at all in the form described.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and requires no payment details.
• A waitlist place is personal to you and is not a transferable asset.
• Founding member pricing means that when we announce pricing, waitlist members will be offered the lowest published rate, and that rate will not be increased for them for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. The actual amount is set at launch and is not promised here.
• We may remove entries that are obviously fake, automated, abusive, or submitted in bulk.
• You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details without their consent.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape or harvest the site with automated tools.
• Copy the site's design, code, or written content for your own commercial product.

Other apps and third-party links

This site links to other Kingdom apps and to sister sites in the Thy Kingdom Network. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and using them means agreeing to theirs as well as these. We are not responsible for the content of any external site we link to.

Intellectual property

The Kingdom Hub name, logo, written content and design are owned by us. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site — including planned features and the waitlist itself — at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on statements about unreleased features. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We will update these terms as Kingdom Hub develops, and a full set of platform terms will replace them at launch. The date at the top shows when they last changed materially.
