Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
Kingdom Hub ("we", "us") is operated by Daniel Ziedins as part of the Thy Kingdom Network. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kingdom-hub.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.
What we collect
Right now, kingdom-hub.com is a pre-launch site with a single form that asks for personal information: the waitlist. If you join it, we collect and store:
- Your name — so we can address you properly.
- Your email address — so we can tell you when we launch.
- The category you selected (believer, ministry leader, church, or entrepreneur) — so we can build and explain the product for the people actually waiting for it.
- The date you signed up, and where you signed up from — the page, or the website or shared link that brought you here.
We do not ask for, want, or store payment details, government identification, or any sensitive personal data on this site.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Send you a confirmation that you joined the waitlist.
- Email you about the Kingdom Hub launch and significant progress.
- Understand, in aggregate, who is waiting so we can prioritise correctly.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they only ever see what they need to do their job:
- Supabase — hosts the database that stores waitlist entries.
- Resend — delivers our email. Your address passes through them so a message can reach your inbox.
- Vercel — serves the website itself, and processes standard server request data such as IP addresses in the ordinary course of delivering pages.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all, and runs no third-party analytics or advertising pixels. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
To learn whether the site is actually helping people, we count a few anonymous actions ourselves — a page being viewed, a button being pressed, someone following a link to another site, or joining the waitlist. Each count records only what happened, on which page, and which website referred the visit. It never includes your name, email address, IP address or any identifier that could follow you around, and it is stored in the same Supabase database as the waitlist. To switch it off in your browser, visit any page with ?notrack on the end of the address.
Information stored in your browser
The ministry tech stack calculator saves what you type in your own browser (using local storage) so your numbers are still there if you come back. It is never sent to us. The Reset button clears it, as does clearing your browser data. We also remember, for the current visit only, which part of the site you came from when you join the waitlist (for example, the calculator), so we know which pages are useful.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until Kingdom Hub launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you unsubscribed so that we do not accidentally email you again.
Your choices
You can, at any time and at no cost:
- Unsubscribe — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it entirely.
Email hello@thykingdom.net and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted their details, contact us and we will remove them.
Security
Waitlist data is stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold payment or identity data here, which keeps the stakes low by design.
Changes to this policy
When Kingdom Hub launches as a full product, this policy will be replaced by a more detailed one covering the platform itself. We will update the date at the top whenever it changes materially.
